Newbreedfitness offers a creative exercise program with a wide variety of activities to help improve the performance and health of first responders.

Our Mission

My mission is to challenge everyone each workout, both mentally and physically, and motivate them to improve themselves each session. I plan to eliminate all weaknesses, whether it be endurance, strength, speed, mobility, etc., to make the individual better prepared for future job scenes. I expect individuals to notice many changes after several sessions such as:
Plate Squat

  • Increase in strength
  • Increase in power
  • Faster movements (crawling, walking up and down stairs)
  • Faster working at a job scene
  • Better conditioning
  • Improved recovery
  • Improved mobility
  • Reduce in injuries
  • More energized
  • More efficient with working at a job scene
  • Leaner physique

This program will be beneficial for both MALES and FEMALES. In fact, ANY active FIRST RESPONDERS¬†would benefit from my program. As long as you are a first responder and don’t have any serious medical condition that prevents you from physical activity, this is for you!
