About Kyle

kyle-BioI have been a member of the Whippany Fire Company since May of 2001 and a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor since November of 2004. I also hold a degree in Exercise Science. With my background and experience with both firefighting and fitness, I have chosen to help fellow firefighters improve themselves physically and mentally. I feel strength and conditioning is most important for firefighters as it may not only save their lives but the lives of those they are trying to rescue. It helps them not only physically on the job, but also in their personal life as well. Health and fitness are the cornerstones of life and should be taken seriously.
